Hi Folks! Enjoy the weather, it’s going to be mostly sunny today and tomorrow, with warmer temperatures in the mid-to-upper 40’s. There will be chances of rain and snow Saturday night and Sunday night as an upper-level low along with a few embedded shortwaves come into the Rapid city area, increasing the chances of rain and snow. Up to 0.2 inches is expected for the area this weekend. As the upper-level low approaches, a higher pressure gradient will be produced, increasing winds at the surface, with maximum gust wind speeds topping out between 30-35 mph this weekend. Temperatures will decrease to the mid-to-upper 30’s by Sunday.
Have a great weekend!
